1. RENTAL PERIOD: Minimum of 3 consecutive days. The renter is responsible for returing the rental unit on the contracted return date otherwise the renter may be charged 1 1/2 times the daily rate for each day the unit is late. No rental will be scheduled for pick-up or return on Sunday or Monday.  Rental cost is $75.00/day or $500.00/week.

2. RESERVATION DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION: Deposit required on all rentals: Minimum $112.50; 1-2 weeks $250.00; 3 or more weeks $500.00. A minimum of 14 days notice is required to cancel your reservation in order to receive a full refund of your deposit. For cancellations 13 days or less, your deposit will transfer into a holding file to use towards a future rental within one year.

3. SECURITY DEPOSIT: $500.00 cash deposit required at time of departure. Refundable within 5 business days of return providing the rental is clean (inside & outside), holding tanks are empty, propane tanks are full and the rental is not damaged or abused.

4. Propane tanks are released full and must be returned full. If not, the renter will be charged a $25.00 service charge to fill the propane plus the cost of popane at $3.75 per gallon.

5. A dumping fee $50.00 will be charged if the holding tanks are not empty upon return.

6. PET POLICY: At A & M Services we realize pets are family members too. We do not discourage your desire to bring your pet with you, however we do have to be considerate of those people who suffer from pet allergies. We also have to be aware of the potential for permanent damage of the rental, should your pet "have a moment". Although we take extra measures to clean the rental when we know there has been a pet in the rental, we ask you do your part as well. This includes covering the furniture with a cover or sheet, and if you need to leave the pet unattended, we request that you put your pet in a cage or travel kennel while you are unable to supervise the actions of your pet.

The following applies to all rentals and all pets, regardless of their age, training or behaviors.

-If you are planning on taking a pet, we must know prior to your arrival to pick up the rental.

-There will be a non-refundable $100.00 "per pet fee", to be paid prior to departure.

-Felines, rodents, reptiles and birds are restricted from being in the rental.

-A & M Services has the right to refuse any or all pets from being in the rental.

-Any damages arising from the presence of a pet will be deducted from your security deposit.

7. CLEANING FEE: This fee will depend on the cleanliness of the exterior and interior at the time the rental is returned.

8. WINTERIZING FEE: $100.00 Required on all winter rentals. This fee is not refundable.

9. All fees are payable by cash only. Full payment is due on the day of departure ie, balance of rental fee, security deposit, winterizing fee, pet fee, etc.

10. If breakdowns occur and repairs are needed, the renter must have prior authorization from dealer before any repairs are made. Refunds will not be made without authoization and receipts.

11. If involved in an accident you must notify dealer within 24 hours. A full written police accident report must be submitted upon return. Failure to comply will result in the forteiture of your security deposit.

12. Proper identification, employment, credit references and a valid drivers license must be presented when reserving a rental. ALL INFORMATION WILL BE VERIFIED.

13. ALL DRIVERS MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE.

14. Complete operating instructions will be given at time of departure. It will take approximately 45 minutes to one hour. A more convenient time may be scheduled.

15. We reserve the right to refuse any applicant.

16. INSURANCE: The renters tow vehicle's liabilty insurance must extend coverage to the rental.

17. NO SMOKING!! Due to various health implications, smoking is not permitted in any rentals. If there is evidence of smoking in the rental upon returning, your full deposit will be forfeited.

18.  The awning is not allowed to be used.

19. TERMS AND RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Any additional terms will be disclosed at the time the rental agreement is signed.
