Rental Terms and Conditions
1. RENTAL PERIOD: Minimum of 3 consecutive days. The renter is responsible for having the rental ready for pick up on the contracted return date & time otherwise the renter may be charged $85.00 for each hour the unit is late. No rental will be scheduled for delivery or pick up on Sunday or Monday. Rental cost is $125.00 a day. Delivery & pick up fee is $125.00 2. SECURITY DEPOSIT, RESERVATION & CANCELLATION: $500.00 Deposit required on all rentals 2 weeks prior to time of departure. Deposits can be paid in cash, check or credit card. If payment method is credit card, there will be a $50.00 non-refunadable processing fee. All checks will be deposited. Any returned checks will have a $25.00 return check fee & your reservation will be cancelled. You will received your deposit back, minus any fees, in the form of a check mailed to the address you provide with in 10 business days of last rental day. Full deposit will be refunded providing the rental is clean (inside & outside), propane tanks are full and rental is not damaged or abused. A minimum of 7 days notice is required to cancel your reservation in order to receive a full refund of your deposit. For cancellations 6 days or less, your deposit will transfer into a holding file to use towards a future rental within one year. 3. Propane tanks are released full and must be returned full. If not, the renter will be charged a $__________ service charge to fill the propane plus the cost of popane at $_________ per gallon. 4. A dumping fee of $_________ will be charged if the holding tanks are not empty upon return. 7. All fees are payable by cash only. Full payment is due on the day of departure ie, balance of rental fee, security deposit, winterizing fee, pet fee, etc. 8. If breakdowns occur and repairs are needed, the renter must have prior authorization from dealer before any repairs are made. Refunds will not be made without authorization and receipts. 9. If involved in an accident you must notify dealer within 24 hours. A full written police accident report must be submitted upon return. Failure to comply will result in the forteiture of your security deposit. 10. Proper identification, employment, credit references and a valid drivers license must be presented when reserving a rental. ALL INFORMATION WILL BE VERIFIED. 11. Complete operating instructions will be given at time of departure. It will take approximately 45 minutes to one hour. A more convenient time may be scheduled. 12. We reserve the right to refuse any applicant. 13. NO SMOKING!! Due to various health implications, smoking is not permitted in any rentals. If there is evidence of smoking in the rental upon returning, your full deposit will be forfeited. 14. The awning is not allowed to be used. 15. TERMS AND RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Any additional terms will be disclosed at the time the rental agreement is signed.
5. CLEANING FEE: This fee will depend on the cleanliness of the exterior and interior at the time the rental is returned.
6. WINTERIZING FEE: $__________ Required on all winter rentals. This fee is not refundable.
